Unreliable and Overpriced. Useless customer service.
The Blu Filter Shower Head is a major disappointment. The head ring, which i recently replaced costing 105 QAR, is made of low-quality plastic and broke after a loud pop sound while showering. The price is outrageous for such poor durability, and replacement parts are overpriced. Customer service was useless, only focused on selling more filters. Avoid this product.
